Bài 02 Tiếng Anh Phỏng vấn

  

1/ Do you word well under(dưới) pressure(áp lực)?     -Anh chị có làm việc tốt dưới áp lực không?

    -     I word  well under pressure because I use the pressure to help me word more(hơn) efficiently(hiệu quả). 

    -    I enjoy(thích) working under pressure  because i believe(tin) it help me grow(trưởng thành). In my previous experience(theo kinh nghiệm trước đây của tôi), I always worked  well during deadlines(trong thời hạn), and i always learned how to work more efficiently(hiệu quả hơn) afterwards(Sau đó).

    -    I work well under pressure because i don't panic(không sợ). I   maintain(duy trì)    self-control(sự tự chủ) and work as efficiently as possible(hiệu quả nhất có thể). In all my experiences(kinh nghiệm), I did well (tôi đã làm tốt)and I always enjoyed the experience (có được kinh nghiệm).

2/ Are you a risk taker(chấp nhận rủi ro) or do you like to stay away from risks(Tránh xa rủi ro)?

    -    I consider(tôi nghỉ) myself to be in the middle(ở giữa), but if I were to choose from my past experience(được chọn từ kinh nghiệm của mình), I would think(tôi nghĩ) I would call myself (tôi sẽ tự gọi mình ) a careful risk taker(chấp nhận rủi ro thận trọng).

    -    I'm reliable(là người đáng tin cậy) and believe(tin) in stability(vào sự kiên định) and guarantees(những sự bảo đảm). My work will be based on facts without assumptions or guesses(việc làm của tôi sẽ dựa vào các sự kiện mà không có những giả định hoặc suy đoán), so I tend to stay away from risk(vì vậy nếu có cơ hội thành công hợp lý tôi sẽ nắm lấy cơ hội đó).

    -    I take risk (tôi đương đầu với rủi ro) because through planning(qua sự hoạch định) and working smart(làm việc thông minh), It's possible to reduce some of the risk(rủi ro có thể giảm thiểu). So if there's a reasonable chance of success(có cơ hội thành công hợp lý), I would take the opportunity(sẽ nắm lấy cơ hội đó).
